Unable to add or schedule another trivia show?

If you’re encountering problems when attempting to add a new show, it could be due to the following reasons:

  1. Account Approval: If you’ve recently created an account, it might still be in the approval process. Typically, account verification is completed within 24 hours, often sooner. You will receive an email notification once your account has been approved. In case it has been more than 48 hours and you haven’t received approval, please reach out to our support team through the “Support” tab or email us at info@netquizz.com.
  2. Show Credit Limit: NetQuizz plans offer different options for weekly, fortnightly, or monthly shows. If you have already utilised your allocated show credit for the current period, you won’t be able to schedule another show until the next period. For example, if you are on a fortnightly plan, you cannot schedule a second show within the same two-week period. To check availability, click in the show you wish to book. Scroll down to the booking calendar and navigate to future weeks. The next available booking date will be highlighted. If needed, you can change your plan by accessing your Account settings through the User icon in the top right corner.
