How do the NetQuizz subscription plans work?

We understand the importance of trying out our platform before committing. Which is why we offer all new venues a free trial. We want you to experience the NetQuizz difference, and witness the immense value it can bring to your venue before choosing one of the NetQuizz plans.

What plans can you choose?

Once you’ve completed your trial show, you’ll have the opportunity to subscribe to one of our NetQuizz plans. We offer three options to cater to different venue needs:

  1. Weekly Plan: With this plan, you can stream one trivia show per week. Want to make that Wednesday evening busier? By establishing a regular trivia night, your pub can maximise attendance and revenue potential. Patrons who know when to expect trivia nights are more likely to plan their visits accordingly, resulting in larger crowds and increased sales of food and drinks.This is our highest frequency plan, and it ensures that you have a weekly trivia event to engage your patrons.
  2. Fortnightly Plan: The fortnightly plan allows you to stream one trivia show every two weeks, resulting in a total of 26 shows per year. This plan is ideal if you prefer to offer trivia to your customers on specific dates, such as “every second Thursday.”
  3. Monthly Plan: With the monthly plan, you can stream one trivia show every 28 days. If you advertise your venue’s trivia night as the “last Friday of the month,” for example, this plan would be the most suitable option for you. Many venues choose our monthly plan to allow for other forms of entertainment throughout the month.

What NetQuizz plan am I currently on?

After your free trial, you will be prompted to choose from one of the three plans, listed above. Once you have chosen a plan, you can always check on your current plan at any time, via your Account details. Simply click on the user icon in the top right corner when you have logged in to the NetQuizz platform. From there, you have the flexibility to change or cancel your plan, based on your evolving needs.

What are the plan payment options?

Payment options for our plans are available in two formats: monthly or annually. Opting to pay annually provides a discount compared to the monthly payment option. We will bill your chosen payment method at the end of each billing period. NetQuizz customers can choose to pay by credit card. We use Stripe as our payment gateway provider.

Monthly plans are billed every 28 days. The annual plan is billed every 364 days, from the date your subscription commences.

NetQuizz is a subscription based service. Depending on how often you wanna dazzle your patrons with our brain-tickling shows, the cost is from $49 to $99 per show. You have the flexibility to choose from weekly, fortnightly, or monthly streaming options.

Canceling your subscription to NetQuizz is a hassle-free process that can be easily done from your Account page. However, we’re confident that you’ll be thoroughly impressed with our quality entertainment offerings at such an unbeatable price point that you’ll want to stay with us for the long haul!

NetQuizz is a specialised trivia streaming service that is designed to provide quality entertainment exclusively to licensed venues that have an active account. This means that access to the NetQuizz platform is only granted to licensed venues, such as pubs and clubs, and have been approved to have an active account with us.

As a licensed venue, you will have access to a wide range of trivia shows, including music, sports, and general knowledge categories, which are specifically designed to cater to your audience’s interests and preferences. Our platform is not available to the general public, as our focus is on delivering a tailored and unique entertainment experience for venues like bars, taverns, clubs and restaurants.
